30 Days Return & Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Usually, we accept returns with no reason in 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including tags and packaging, and with proof of purchase of the product.

(This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or abuse of the purchased product.)

Broken or Damaged Product

If you received a damaged product and not in working condition, you can get a full refund or exchange 30 Days of delivery.

Lost Package or Didn’t received

If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with the delivery service.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement product or a full refund.

Change or Cancel my order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@sparkengravers.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

We will make the requested change or cancellation if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel or change it. In this situation, you may use our 30-days return policy where applicable.
